All orders are custom-made and processed in an expedited manner. Shipping is charged per the weight of the shipment up to a purchase of $49.99 value. Orders valued over $50 will ship free of charge via UPS, FedEx or USPS ground. If you wish to expedite an order, the expediting fee is $25 per order. Ground
Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Please allow additional processing time during promotional events. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Two Business Day
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.
Next Business Day
Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12 PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.
Returns and Refund Policy
Aroma is certain that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products. We offer a full money-back guarantee on all full-sized orders returned within 14 days of purchase. For arrangements of the return shipping if applicable, please contact help@ouraroma.com to process your refund.

Samples and automatically reorders are non-refundable.
In order to receive a full refund, simply fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your return package to mail the item(s) back to us. Kindly note that packages with an incomplete return form will be returned to the sender. All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender, and refund processing time varies by the financial institution. Please note, ouraroma.com orders cannot be exchanged, but you may return an order to receive a refund. Please email help@aouraroma.com for more information.
